  • Overview

    The Supervisor, Paid Search encompasses all SEM. The role will work closely with the Investment (IO-based), Strategy, and Social team.


    • Implement, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to reach strategic goals and defined KPIs.
    • Provide strategic insight during campaign pre/planning process to reach audiences with effective messaging
    • Deliver performance reports to clients on a recurring basis with meaningful and thought-out insights
    • Lead client discussions on campaign optimizations, testing, course correction, new offerings, and other campaign-centric initiatives
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
    • Input planned and actualized billing to properly reconcile and invoice media spend
    • Constantly test SEM tactics across campaigns to improve performance i.e. A/B creative tests, bidding, SOV, retargeting, etc.
    • Build vendor relationships to ensure we have a constant seat at the table and are receiving timely industry information as well as timely responses to our requests


    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Social media experience a plus 
    • 2-5 years of work experience in dedicated paid search marketing across multiple engines (Google Adwords, Bing Ads)
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
    • High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Self-starting attitude with the ability to work as directed and balance multiple tasks
