  • Overview

    The Content Partnerships department is seeking an associate/entry level candidate. This department leads content strategy development and activation of multi-platform marketing programs, including: television, digital, social, and experiential.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of meetings
    • Maintenance of department’s daily calendar, compiling department resources, meeting recaps, preparation of PowerPoint presentations
    • Assist in day-to-day requests and activities across multiple teams
    • Conducting research and tracking marketplace information and talent for branded content
    • Acting as the liaison between partners and department, supporting team in all projects and client services
    • Manage workflow, and ensure processes and procedures are followed
    • Partner with the brand strategy, social and investment teams to develop marketing opportunities for our clients
    • Ensure that deadlines are met, including managing expectations internally
    • Develop and keep strong relationships with content partners – production companies, talent agencies, digital studios, TV Networks, film studios, etc. – and emerging and social platforms in order to bring first look and new development opportunities
    • Review and process high volume of marketing proposals from partners and help develop POV’s
    • Support with additional duties and tasks assigned as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience with and knowledge of production processes and timelines
    • General understanding of Brand Marketing, Advertising and Client Servicing
    • Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment and current trends
    • Ability to multitask, take direction, prioritize, and flourish in a fast-paced environment – good time management
    • Natural management qualities
    • Team player, highly organized, proactive and able to work independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Thrive on cross-group collaboration while being a self-starter
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Extremely detail-oriented and precise
    • Exceptional diplomacy skills
    • Experience in entertainment marketing, branded content and/or video production a plus
