Associate, Platforms & Tech (Ad Ops)

Be responsible for ensuring the successful, on-time and high-quality implementation of digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with the media team members. A successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving, time management, and inter-personal skills. The Associate will be an integral part of the team in assisting campaign operations run optimally and drive the improvement of digital marketing processes.


The position will be involved with all existing digital advertising related platforms and investigate new industry-leading solutions able to yield further innovations and efficiencies.


Digital Tracking Technologies

A Specialist should have working knowledge and maintain expertise in digital marketing technologies essential to digital deployment, tracking and optimization, including:

  • Ad servers (DCM, Innovid, Flashtalking)
  • Rich Media Vendors (Celtra, Google Studio)
  • Online Video (Innovid)
  • Viewability and Ad Verification (Moat, DoubleVerify, IAS)
  • Audience Verification (Nielsen, Comscore)
  • Digital Media Workflow
  • Programmatic Landscape and Workflow (DV360)


Subject Matter Expertise

  • Learn and master processes and systems related to the trafficking and workflow management of digital advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to and present position statements, case studies and best practices around the deployment, integration and adaptation of new and existing digital marketing technologies
  • Learn and master the setup and onboarding of digital third-party measurement platforms including Nielsen, Moat, etc.
  • Learn and serve as a consultant on the development of our automation platforms


Partner Management

  • Clearly ommunicate campaign details and instructions for third party tracking on digital campaigns
  • Primary day-to-day contact for technology and service partners, responsible for ensuring premium servicing of CANVAS and maintaining an updated knowledge of services and products
  • Serve as a point of escalation for troubleshooting implementation


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Marketing, digital, communication or related internships highly preferred
  • Knowledge of ad-servers (DoubleClick, Atlas, Sizmek etc.) is a plus but not required
  • Interest working with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or similar presentation tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Public speaking and management skills
  • Proactive, organized, dedicated and a team player
